To fix business process bottle necks, we suggest breaking down each major process step into work packages which will increase business flexibility, visibility of constraints and maximizing capacity. The three key recommendations to reduce bottle necks are: 1) Identifying resource constraints with capacity review, 2) Minimizing sequential dependencies and 3) Creating a team that is flexible and alert.
